Kids Gone Wild for STABILO at Flax Kidsfest!

Kids descended upon Flax Art & Design by the HUNDREDS this past Saturday for a day of artistic discovery! Most of them made it to the STABILO table where they grabbed up Point 88 and Pen 68 pens, CarbOthello and Woody pencils and went crazy making artist trading cards on Strathmore ATC papers. It wasn't just the kids who got in on the fun, the parents were right there up in the mix trying different products and indulging their artistic imaginations. Not surprisingly, the big hits of the day were the Point 88 pens and Woody 3 in 1 pencils.

HOT Deals and HOT Temperatures at Rileystreet!

The 98 degree temperature didn't keep hundreds of customers from making it over to the 41st Anniversary Sale and 12th annual Demo Day event at Rileystreet Art Supplies in Santa Rosa, CA last Saturday!

In a sea of white tents that housed over 30 art supply vendors, our red STABILO tent caught the eyes and interests of many of the attendees. We were able to collect several pages worth of new artist trading cards that attendees made to help fill up the new album. Favorite products of the day were the Point 88 fineliner and the Woody 3 in 1 pencils.

STABILO Demo at University Art a Success!

Pen Master Adam and I enjoyed speaking to and sharing STABILO with over 30 participants in 2 hours at the University Art demo in Palo Alto, CA this past Saturday!

Adam had an awesome idea to make a "house" with windows cut to the size of ATC cards out of a mat board. He cut the window holes himself and drew a cute house around them. We then invited participants to fill in the windows of the house with different scenes they created on Strathmore Artist Trading Card paper. You can check out the pictures from the event here;

Participants got to try a variety of STABILO products, grab some free samples and goodies, and purchase all STABILO products available in the store at 30% off that day! The most popular products were Point 88 pens, Woody pencils, and Pen 68 pens.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the demo that day!

For those of you who live in the San Francisco Bay Area, there will be another chance in June to check out the world of STABILO at an upcoming retailer event in Santa Rosa. More details to come on the blog soon!
